According to the Savills World Cities Prime Residential Index, Dubai holds the top position globally in terms of price growth for luxury properties. Dubai surpassed London, New York, and Paris with an 11.2 % increase in prices.
Earlier, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) reported real estate transactions amounting to AED 10.7B (USD 2.9B) in the past week. A total of 3,252 transactions were recorded. The most expensive apartments in Marsa Dubai sold for AED 265M (USD 72M), and the highest-priced land plot was on Palm Jumeirah, purchased for AED 150M (USD 41M).
