Dubai's Land Department (DLD) documented a total of 3,751 successfully completed transactions. These encompassed land plots valued at AED 1.2B (USD 327M) and 2,780 apartments and villas amounting to AED 6.8B (USD 1.9B).
The largest land deals in terms of value were the following plots:
- Al Barshaa South Third at AED 140M (USD 38M)
- Palm Jumeirah at AED 106M (USD 29M)
- Al Hebiah Fourth at AED 91M (USD 25M)
The highest number of transactions from August 14th to 18th were registered in Madinat Hind 4, totaling 21 deals amounting to AED 28.8M (USD 7.9M). In second place was Al Hebiah Fifth with 20 transactions, totaling AED 51.6M (USD 14.1M). The Jebel Ali First area secured third place with 13 transactions and a combined value of AED 80M (USD 21.8M).
