Dubai's Land Department (DLD) documented a total of 2,241 successfully completed transactions. These encompassed 492 land plots valued at AED 4.8B (USD 1.3B) and 1,929 apartments and villas amounting to AED 4.5B (USD 1.2M).
Me'aisem Second had the highest number of transactions between November 13th and 19th, with 101 deals worth a total of AED 1B (USD 272M). In second place was Wadi Al Safa 2 with 80 deals worth AED 82.2M (USD 22.4M). Palm Jebel Ali, with 79 deals, came in third place. The total amount of deals there amounted to AED 2B (USD 545M).
Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens leads the ranking of the largest land transactions with AED 201.8M (USD 55M). In second and third place are plots in Wadi Al Safa 3. They were bought for AED 142M (USD 38.7M) and AED 133M (USD 36.2M), respectively.
