The Dubai Land Department (DLD) documented a total of 1,655 successfully completed transactions. These encompassed 277 land plots, valued at AED 5.3B (USD 1.4B), and 1,378 apartments and villas, amounting to AED 3.6B (USD 981M).
In the ranking of the largest housing transactions, an apartment on Palm Jumeirah came in first place with 112.5M (USD 30.6M). In second and third place are apartments in Zabeel First, bought for AED 106.8M (USD 29M) and AED 103.3M (USD 28M), respectively.
The largest number of transactions between October 30th and November 5th were registered on Palm Jebel Ali, with 92 transactions worth AED 2.2B (USD 599M). In second place was Madinat Hind 4 with 46 transactions worth AED 79.6M (USD 21.7M). Al Hebiah Fifth came in third place with 31 transactions amounting to AED 163.2M (USD 44.4M).
