According to reports from the Dubai Land Department (DLD), there has been an increase in properties available in the finished housing sector. In the first quarter of 2024, the net value of these transactions increased by 25% and volume was up by 12% compared to the same period in 2023.
In regards to rental properties, the total cost of renting real estate in the emirate increased by 7%. The largest price increases in the villas and townhouses segment were recorded in Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Park and Sobha Hartland - 36%. The Greens area became the leader in the growth of the rental value of apartments - by 28%.
